The Deleted Items tab in HALO Settings lets you recover agents or tools that have been deleted from your profile.
How it works
When you delete an agent or tool in HALO, it is not permanently removed. It is moved to Deleted Items, where it remains indefinitely. There is no expiration period — you will never lose an agent or tool permanently due to accidental deletion.
Restoring an item
Browse or search the list of deleted items and select the one you want to restore. Restored agents and tools are returned to their previous state, including their configuration, steps, and settings at the time of deletion.

Knowledge resources, style settings, and profile-level data are not recoverable through Deleted Items. If you need to recover these, contact CM.com support.
