The Profile tab in HALO Settings lets you manage the currently selected profile — rename it, configure a legacy token, or delete it entirely.
Managing profiles
HALO organises all agents, tools, and knowledge under profiles. You can switch between profiles using the profile selector in the top-left corner of HALO Studio. Clicking it opens a searchable list of all profiles on your account. To create a new profile, click the + button in that same panel and enter a name.
Profile name
Each profile name must be unique within your account. You can rename the current profile at any time from this tab. Changes take effect immediately after saving.
Product Token (legacy)
This field is only relevant if your account uses version 1 of the Conversational Router. It is not shown to accounts on the latest version. If you do not see this field, no action is required.
The product token here is your CM.com platform product token, required for certain live chat handover flows via the legacy Conversational Router. It is not the same as the tokens managed under the Product Tokens tab.
Deleting a profile
Clicking Delete profile permanently deletes the profile and all data associated with it — including agents, tools, knowledge, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
Deleted profiles cannot be recovered. Deleted agents and tools within a profile can be recovered individually via Settings > Deleted Items only if they are deleted before the profile itself is deleted.
