How Do I Manage Access to the Settings?

As you might not want your agents to have the ability to alter any settings, not all users have access to the settings pages.

Configuring access

In order to provide access to the settings pages, a user needs to be granted "Settings access". This can be done trough the following steps:

1. As a user with access settings, go to the settings pages

2. Navigate to the team page

3. Select a user that you want to provide settings access to

4. Go to the access section on the bottom of the page

5. Select "Yes" on the "Access to settings" section

6. Press "Save" on the top of the page
