Ticketing → Promotions → Barcode Generator
The Barcode Generator allows event organizers to generate barcodes in bulk for specific ticket types. Barcodes can be generated separately from orders and distributed through external channels.
Overview
The Barcode Generator screen appears when navigating to Ticketing → Promotions → Barcode generator. It is used to generate barcodes for a specific ticket type without creating a full order. Generated barcodes can be downloaded as an Excel file or managed through a details view.
Generating Barcodes
To generate barcodes, the organizer must provide:

Name — A label for the barcode batch

Ticket type — The ticket type for which barcodes will be generated

Amount — The number of barcodes to generate (up to 3,000 per batch)
After configuration, the system generates the barcodes and makes them available for download or management.
Download and Management Options
Once generated, barcodes can be:

Downloaded as an Excel file — All barcodes in the batch are exported to an Excel file

Viewed in the details page — Access a management view showing all generated barcodes
In the details page, the organizer can:

Cancel all barcodes at once

Cancel a single barcode

Important Considerations

A barcode generation fee is applied per generated barcode

The maximum number of barcodes per batch is 3,000

Cancelled barcodes cannot be reactivated
