Quantity bar

Overview

The Quantity Bar allows you to add multiple units of the same product in a single operation. It displays preset quantity values and adjustment controls.

Location

Located at the top of the POS interface with circular buttons showing quantities (2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20) and adjustment controls (-, 1, +).

How to Use

Basic Steps

1. Select quantity first: Tap a preset quantity button or use +/- to adjust.

2. Select the product: Tap the product in the grid to add that quantity to the transaction.

Example

To add 4 beers:

1. Tap "4" in the Quantity Bar

2. Tap "Beer" in the product grid

3. 4 beers are added to the transaction

Controls

• "+" increases quantity by 1

• "-" decreases quantity by 1

Notes

• Quantity applies to the next product or deposit token selection

• System resets to quantity 1 after adding products

• For custom quantities, use +/- buttons, or use the custom field input (by pressing the number in between the + and - buttons)

• Always select quantity before selecting the product

The Quantity Bar speeds up transactions when handling multiple identical items.
