Dimensions design - Ticket / PDF design

How to Use It

1. Go to a Design section (for example: Email design, Shop design, Ticket design, or Mobile design).

2. Look for the small black question mark icon (?) next to a design field.

3. Hover over the icon with your mouse.

4. A tooltip will appear showing the correct dimensions for that element.

Why This Is Helpful

Using the recommended dimensions ensures that:

• Images display correctly in the ticket shop

• Email templates look consistent

• Mobile tickets render properly

• Design elements remain visually aligned across devices.

These tooltips provide quick design guidance directly inside the interface, so users do not need to search for the correct dimensions elsewhere.
