The Account page gives you an overview of your Conversational AI Cloud environment and its current configuration.
Account details
Name — The display name of your environment. This is the name shown throughout the Admin Portal to identify your account.
Customer key — A unique identifier for your account. This key is used internally to reference your environment and cannot be changed.
Package — Your current subscription package (e.g. Pro). The package determines which features are available to your account. To move to a different package, click the Upgrade button in the top right of the page — this submits a request and your account manager will follow up to configure the change.
Monthly session volume — The maximum number of sessions included in your package per month. A session represents a single conversation between an end user and your Conversational AI Cloud project.
Session usage
Below the account details, a bar chart shows how many sessions have been consumed over a selected time period. Use this to monitor usage against your monthly volume and identify peaks in activity.
To request a package change based on your usage, click Upgrade in the top right.
