The Users section of the Admin Portal is where you manage who has access to your Conversational AI Cloud environment. There are two distinct user types, each with their own tab: CMS Users and Administrators.
CMS Users
CMS Users are the people who work inside the CMS — building dialogs, managing content, and operating the day-to-day configuration of your projects. The CMS Users list shows each user's email address, the project(s) they have access to, and when they last logged in.
You can search by email address and filter the list by project. Use the Download button to export the full user list.
Inviting a CMS User
Click the + button to open the Invite CMS User modal. Fill in:

Project — The project the user should have access to. Inviting a user to a project grants them access to the corresponding CM.com platform account.

Assigned Roles — Use Add role to assign one or more roles to the user. Roles control what the user can see and do within the CMS.
Administrators
Administrators have account-level access to the Admin Portal. They can manage projects, users, settings, and other account-wide configuration. The Administrators list shows each admin's email address and whether their invitation is still pending.
You can search by email address.
Inviting an Administrator
Click the + button to open the Invite Administrator modal. Fill in the person's first name, last name, and email address. They will receive an invitation to access the Admin Portal.
