A project in Conversational AI Cloud is the container for all your AI configuration — dialogs, intents, knowledge, channels, and integrations. Each project maps to one deployment of your conversational AI, typically for one product or use case. Projects can be configured for multiple languages (cultures) and must always have a HALO profile attached.
You switch between projects using the dropdown in the top-left of the Admin Portal. To create a new project, click the + icon next to the selector.
Project tabs
Once you select a project, five tabs give you access to everything in that project:
Settings — General project information, language configuration, HALO profile assignment per culture, publish settings, and project deletion. See Where Can I Change My Project Settings?
Channels — Configure the channels this project is connected to (e.g. web, WhatsApp, voice). See Channels.
Integrations — Connect third-party services and platforms to this project. See Integrations with CAIC.
Tasks — Manage scheduled or triggered tasks for this project. See Tasks.
Security — Configure IP allowlists, webhook log settings, workflow access, and analytics API keys. See Security.
