How you activate Sign by CM.com depends on whether you are a pre-paid or post-paid customer.
Post-paid customers
Activation requires contacting your Account Manager. They will walk you through your options, including subscription models available on a post-paid basis.
Pre-paid customers
Pre-paid customers can activate Sign by purchasing a 50-document bundle directly through the CM.com platform. Two bundle types are available:

Basic Bundle: standard document signing.

Advanced Bundle: includes OTPs (one-time passwords) for added security during signing.
How to purchase a bundle

Open Settings from the menu and select Subscription.

Choose a bundle type: Basic or Advanced.

Select the number of bundles you want to purchase.

Complete payment and confirm your order.
Purchased bundles are available for use immediately after checkout.
