Sign by CM.com is an electronic signature solution for signing contracts, agreements, and documents. It removes the need for printing or scanning. Send sign invites via email, SMS, or WhatsApp and speed up the turnaround of your documents.

Key features

Sign by CM.com is available through a web interface and via API integration. The web interface lets you set up an account and start sending documents for signatures within minutes. The Sign API lets you integrate Sign into your own software.

Sign web interface

After registering for a CM.com account, you can manage document signing and initiate a sign request using the Sign web interface. A sign request includes a dossier, which contains one or more documents needing signatures. By monitoring the statuses of your dossiers, you can track the progress of each signing process.

Overview

The Sign dashboard is the central hub for managing your signing activities. Key sections include:

  1. My Dossiers: a summary of your personal dossiers, categorised by status (Total, Completed, Pending, Declined, Expired). Each category is a clickable link.

  2. Team Dossiers: an overview of dossiers shared within your team, categorised by the same statuses.

  3. Create from Template: available document templates for quick creation of new dossiers.

  4. Navigation Menu: located on the left, gives access to Pending Tasks, Archive, Templates, Bulk actions, and Settings.

Notifications

As the dossier owner, you receive real-time status updates through the dashboard and email notifications when a document is signed. Notifications include the signed documents and the related audit report.
