What are integrations

Integrations in the CXP allow applications outside the CXP to either send data to it or retrieve data from it.

What options do we have to integrate with the CXP:

• API

  • Create custom event definitions in the CXP to post data to

  • Fetch data from the CXP using our API

  • External integrations like Salesforce, Shopify, Spotify etc.
