The Recognition Rate on the Landing Page differs from that on the Recognition Analysis dashboard because it is calculated using different sets of interactions:

The Landing Page counts only QA interactions.

The Recognition Analysis dashboard counts QA interactions + Dialog and Transactional Dialog interactions. Dialog and Transactional Dialog are always counted as answered. This is why the Recognition Analysis dashboard's Recognition Rate is higher than the Landing Page dashboard.
The Recognition Quality is the same on both dashboards because it is calculated over the same set of interactions.
