Follow these steps to invite a user to Conversational AI Cloud CMS or add them to one of the projects you administrate,
Go to Users > CMS Users and click the blue '+' icon:
Select the project, and fill in the form with the user's full name and email address and select the role(s)* you want them to have.
Click the “Invite” button to send the invitation.
* Advanced and Pro package will only have one CMS user role which can be assigned to the user.
