Languages support
Cultures — The languages enabled for this project. Each culture appears as a tag. Add a language by selecting it from the dropdown; remove it by clicking the × on the tag.
Languages are marked with NLP capability indicators:
-
Full NLP (solid green circle) — includes autocorrect, lemmatization, and language-specific rules.
-
Basic NLP (outlined green circle) — supports stemming and lemmatization for basic production use.
See How Do I Add or Remove a Language in My Project? for the full language support table.
HALO profiles — For each enabled culture, select the HALO profile to use. A HALO profile is required for every project. The same profile can serve multiple cultures within a project, but a profile cannot be attached to more than one project at a time. See AI Components for full details.
Automatic language detection and translation — When enabled, the system automatically detects the user's language and translates responses accordingly.
Languages — An additional language filter for translation scope. Defaults to all languages.

-
Temporarily Deleted (29 days) — Chatbot is unavailable. Project data and Reporting API access are retained. You can still restore the project.
-
Permanently Deleted — After 30 days, the project is gone and cannot be restored.
See How Do I Delete a Project? and Can I Restore a Project That Was Deleted?.
