Channels

The Channels tab shows all communication channels configured for this project. Each channel has its own set of articles configurable in the CMS, allowing you to tailor content per channel.

Channel types

  • Text — Standard text-based channel.

  • SSML (Voice) — Voice channel using Speech Synthesis Markup Language.

Creating a channel

Click + Create Channel to add a new channel. The modal asks for:

  • Channel name — A name to identify this channel.

  • Channel type — Text or SSML (Voice).

Once created, the channel appears in the CMS Output editor, where you can configure channel-specific article content. This allows you to deliver different responses depending on which channel a conversation is coming from.
