Create a new Conversational AI Cloud project by clicking the blue + icon next to the currently selected project in the sidebar.
A modal will appear where you fill in the following information:
Project Type (required) — Standard, Trial, or Sandbox. Can be changed later. Useful for admins to identify how a project is being used.
Default Channel Type (required) — Text or Voice.
Project Key (required) — A unique identifier for the project. Cannot be changed after creation.
Project Name (required) — A human-readable name. Can be changed later.
Project Description — Optional. Can be changed later.
Cultures — The languages you want to enable for this project.
HALO Profile (required) — Every project requires a HALO profile to be attached. Select a profile from your HALO environment to connect it to this project. The same profile can serve multiple cultures within this project, but a profile cannot be attached to more than one AI Cloud project at a time. See AI Components for how to manage this configuration after creation.
Once created, the new project is automatically loaded on the project settings page.
