Emergency calls

Emergency calling is supported on the CM.com platform in the following countries:

  • Netherlands

  • Belgium

  • France

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • Puerto Rico

  • Poland

In case you need to be able to place emergency calls in other countries, please reach out to CSM or support.

Calls to national emergency numbers in these countries always go through, regardless of account restrictions. This includes:

  • Bypassing SIP account black-/whitelists

  • Ignoring CPS and concurrent call (CC) limits

  • Working on disabled SIP accounts

  • Working on prepaid accounts with insufficient balance

I need emergency calling in a different country, can CM.com do that?

CM.com cannot give any guarantees in terms of capacity or routing for emergency calling towards other countries. If you require guarantees for a specific country not listed, please contact [email protected] to explore possibilities.
