Description

When clicking Commercial terms within the Organisation settings, the Commercial Terms overview page appears.

This section displays the agreed financial and contractual conditions between your organisation and the platform provider.

The information shown is account-specific and reflects the current commercial agreement.


Purpose of This Page

This page allows authorised users to:

  • View agreed service fees

  • Review percentage-based agreements

  • Check VAT configurations

  • Verify ledger mappings

  • See when terms were added

  • Identify who registered the terms

It is a read-only overview of contractual and financial settings.

Function:

Overview Table

The main content is structured in a table format.

Each row represents a commercial agreement item or service fee configuration.


Table Columns Explained

Name

Indicates the category or type of service to which the commercial condition applies.

Examples may include:

  • Ticket-related services

  • Order-related services

  • Consumer-facing fees

  • Organizer-facing fees


Description

Provides additional clarification about the specific service fee or agreement item.


Agreed Fee

Displays a fixed amount agreed in the contract.

This may represent:

  • A flat service fee

  • A per-ticket charge

  • A fixed operational cost


Agreed Percentage

Displays a percentage-based fee.

Used when:

  • Revenue share applies

  • Commission-based pricing is active


VAT Rate

Shows the applied VAT percentage associated with the service.

Important for:

  • Financial accounting

  • Tax reporting

  • Invoice calculation


Ledger Number

Represents the accounting reference code.

Used for:

  • Financial administration

  • ERP integration

  • Accounting reconciliation


Date

Indicates when the commercial term was registered or last updated.


Added By

Shows which authorised account user added or configured the term.

This supports:

  • Auditability

  • Accountability

  • Contract management transparency


What This Section Controls

This section reflects:

  • Pricing agreements

  • Service fee structures

  • Revenue model

  • Financial reporting configuration

It does not allow modification of terms directly from this screen unless the system explicitly provides edit controls.
