For every dismension section to see it go to. Dashboard → Design → Edit template (Shop, Email, Mobile, Ticket) → Image and Video
Description
Within the Design sections of the ticketing platform (such as Email design, Shop design, Mobile design, and Ticket design), many fields include a small black question mark icon (?) next to the setting.
When you hover your mouse over this question mark, a tooltip will appear showing the recommended or required dimensions for that specific element.
This helps users understand what image size or format should be used for that design component.
What It Is Used For
The tooltip helps you correctly configure visual elements by showing:

Recommended image dimensions

Required aspect ratios
-
Sometimes additional formatting guidance
This prevents issues such as:

Images appearing stretched
-
Incorrect image sizes

Design elements not displaying correctly
How to Use It

Go to a Design section (for example: Email design, Shop design, Ticket design, or Mobile design).

Look for the small black question mark icon (?) next to a design field.

Hover over the icon with your mouse.

Shop design → Image and video

On all these sections the dimensions are the same
Image - 1920 x 1080 (png, jpg, jpeg)
Youtube video - add URL, Note: Video backgrounds will not be visible on mobile screens, they will only play for users on desktops.
Header image - 896 x346 (png, jpg, jpeg)
Mobile header image - 768 x 448(png, jpg, jpeg)
Card image - 768 x 448(png, jpg, jpeg)
Email design → Images
Images have a maximum width of 640px and height of 200px for the email design
Ticket design → Images
Background - 1278 height x 1130 width (png, jpg, jpeg)
Mobile design → Images
Background - 540 x 660 (png, jpg, jpeg)
Logo - 480 x 150 (png, jpg, jpeg)
